With constant challenges ahead for Dubai’s Roads Transport Authority, we took a rather simplified approach to help position all its electronic services. The goal was to make it easy and transparent for the public to use and access information to all its several hundred services, while creating call deflections to its call centres and reduce footfall to retail locations thus optimisation.
