How should a website bridge between bank and the consumer? How can we wisely use the data to position the bank products more contextually relevant to the user in which it becomes a necessity more than a utility. Traditional banks have been struggling in this era to attract the young audience. The challenge was turning a national bank using digital transformation strategy to revive their communications. Using the advanced CMS system Sitecore, we rethought what a bank website should be in the era of omni-channel.
